Privacy Policy

Who we are

socialistic.ai (“we”, “us”) lets people publish a Claude Skill as a shareable card and lets others use it with a single tap. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you interact with the service at https://socialistic.ai.

What we collect

• Account data from OAuth. When you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email address, avatar URL, and provider user id. We do not receive or store your provider password.
• Content you provide. Skill metadata (GitHub URL, title, description), the LLM API key a creator configures for their skill, files and links a consumer uploads on the cold-start surface, and the messages exchanged during a conversation.
• Usage telemetry. Basic product analytics via PostHog (pages viewed, buttons clicked, feature-level events), along with standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps).

How we use it

We use the data above to operate the service: authenticate you, render your skill cards, start a Claude agent on your behalf, carry your conversation, and diagnose bugs. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your messages or uploaded files to train any model.

Who we share it with

• Identity providers. Google and GitHub, when you choose to sign in with them.
• LLM providers.When you run a skill, your messages are sent to the LLM provider configured for that skill (for example Anthropic) using the creator’s API key.
• Infrastructure. Vercel (application hosting), Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), and PostHog (analytics). Each processes data only as needed to run the service.

We do not share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Skill rows, conversation history, and uploaded files are kept until you delete them or your account is closed, after which they are removed within 30 days.

Your choices

You can delete your skills at any time from /me/skills. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, email us at official@tinkerland.app.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferred language. PostHog sets an analytics cookie to deduplicate visitors; you can block it in your browser without breaking the service.

Children

socialistic.ai is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the effective date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you via the service.
