Generate publication-quality SVG astrological natal and transit chart wheels from pre-computed planetary positions and house cusps. Based on the open-source @astrodraw/astrochart TypeScript library (github.com/AstroDraw/AstroChart, 402 stars, MIT license). Accepts planet longitudes (Sun through SNode, plus Chiron, Lilith, Fortune) and 12 house-cusp degrees, renders a full radix chart with zodiac ring, house divisions, planet glyphs, and aspect lines (conjunction, sextile, square, trine, opposition). Optionally overlays a transit ring for current or future planetary positions. Outputs a standalone SVG string ready for embedding, download, or further styling. No ephemeris built in — pair with any computation source (Swiss Ephemeris, Kerykeion, Immanuel, flat-file tables) to go from birth data to finished chart.
