Terms of Service

Using the service

socialistic.ai lets you publish a Claude Skill as a shareable card and lets others run that skill in a conversation. By creating an account or using a shared skill, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You sign in through Google or GitHub. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for everything that happens under it. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13).

Your content

You keep ownership of the skills you publish, the API keys you configure, and any files, links, or messages you upload. You grant us the minimum license needed to host, display, and run that content on your behalf — for example, showing your skill card to the people you share it with and forwarding your messages to the LLM provider you configured.

LLM keys and costs

To make a skill shareable, the creator provides an LLM API key. The creator is responsible for the usage, rate limits, and costs incurred against that key. We do not proxy, resell, or guarantee availability of any third-party LLM.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• publish a skill that attacks, phishes, or defrauds the person running it;
• harvest another user’s credentials, personal data, or conversations;
• generate or distribute content that is illegal, sexually exploits minors, or incites violence;
• abuse another person’s LLM key or circumvent rate limits;
• probe, scrape, or disrupt the service beyond normal product use.

We may suspend or remove accounts, skills, or conversations that violate these rules.

LLM output

Skills run on third-party LLMs. Their output can be inaccurate, biased, or unsafe. You should independently verify anything important. We do not warrant that any skill’s output is correct or fit for a particular purpose.

Service availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for downtime, lost conversations, or data loss beyond what applicable law requires.

Termination

You may delete your skills and close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms or create a serious risk to other users or to the service. On termination, we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
