Does NOT cover server-side setup (proxy server inbound listeners). Use this skill whenever the user mentions sing-box, singbox, SFM, SFA, SFI, TUN/system proxy setup, split routing, rule-set based routing, or asks to create/modify/fix a client config. Also trigger when the user wants specific domains or common foreign sites to always go proxy/direct, needs Clash/V2Ray nodes converted to sing-box (VLESS, VMess, Shadowsocks, Trojan, Hysteria2, TUIC, ShadowTLS, AnyTLS), or is debugging DNS hijack, fakeip, selector, rule-set download, or connectivity issues.
